This is me, Göran
Gustafsson.
My site is dedicated to the magnificent Gibb brothers, better known as the
BEE GEES.
First of all I would like to say, thank you Maurice Gibb, for the music you and your brothers Barry and Robin have given us through the years. May you rest in peace.

Everything described on these pages are my own personal collection of albums, songs and MP3-files and is not at all intended to be a complete discography although I have a lot of both released and unreleased stuff. All comments are also my personal feelings and knowledge, so all details may not be completely accurate. I have made MP3-files of every Bee Gees song in my collection, but they are not for sale since I have spent a lot of years collecting them.
My history
My name is Göran Gustafsson and I was born in August 1965. I live in Sweden in a little town called Katrineholm, located about 150 kilometers west of Stockholm. I'm the managing director of a computer software company and we produce computer software, mainly booking and backoffice systems for travel agencies, tour operators and bus companies all around Sweden.
I love music and I have a few artists or groups I like better than anyone else, they are The Bee Gees (outstanding), Alan Parsons Project, Mike Oldfield, Electric Light Orchestra and a lot of others such as the works of Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus of ABBA (they have done a lot of projects after ABBA, songs for other artists, a few musicals and some own recordings). I listen to almost anything but I can not do a special page about all of them here, so I have to settle for the most important for me and that is the Bee Gees!
I have been a Bee Gees-fan since january 1979, I was 13, and I heard them for the first time. It was on TV and they were singing "Too much heaven" on the UNICEF special. I can't really believe it's so long ago! I was a member of the Bee Gees fanclub for about 4 years in the early 80's but since nothing really happened with their own recordings during these years and the newsletters hardly came out, I gave it up. I never gave up the Bee Gees though, I collected every record I could found, even if the records only had one song I had missed.
I started up with this Internet-thing in the beginning of october 1996 and I instantly stumbled across Joe Brennans superb Bee Gees site. I then realized how many Gibb-songs I missed, mostly due to the unreleased songs and albums. I personally think that they should release a CD-box with as much unreleased songs they can find, from all periods of their career. I am convinced that such a box would be a great success! As Robin pointed out in one of his interviews before the release of "This Is Where I Came In", they actually wrote songs enough to fill two albums and then they selected the best songs and released one album. And that is only from their latest album, I know that they always overwrite when they make records so they have a lot of unreleased songs in the archives to choose from!
I have managed to obtain these recordings over the years from the places I have visited, for example Sweden (of course), Germany, Spain, France, USA and Canada. I am also constantly exploring the Internet to find some "hard to get" albums such as unreleased songs, demos etc. I have been lucky enough to get my hands on many of them thanks to helpful people around the world, but I still miss a few. The search always goes on...
Thanks to a few other devoted fans we have come up with an ultimate collection called Tales from the Brothers Gibb - Unabridged Collector's Edition. (Read more about the project by clicking the link) The people involved in this group do this for the love of the Gibb brothers music. Tales Unabridged is a private collection and is not available for sale or distribution!
